About Windsor Park
Windsor Park is a fantastic neighborhood in east Charlotte. It is bordered by Kilbourne Drive and Eastway Drive on the west side, Shamrock Drive on the north side, North Sharon Amity to the east and Central Avenue on the south side.
Windsor Park’s safe, quiet, tree-lined streets represent a connection to Charlotte’s rich history. The neighborhood is built on the old Hezekiah Alexander Farm site, which can be visited at “The Charlotte Museum of History” at 3500 Shamrock Drive. This is the the oldest home in Mecklenburg County.
The area has an exciting future, as well, with ongoing major redevelopment projects and exciting change. It’s perfect for walkers and runners, first-time home buyers and empty nesters, as well as families with kids.
Some great information on Windsor Park can be found on the neighborhood website and the neighborhood blog (though this info is a little older). When you’re ready to explore, search for homes for sale in Windsor Park, and let’s set up an appointment to show you around!
