History abounds in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood!
Started as the first streetcar community in Charlotte in the 1890s, Dilworth is known for its mature oaks and eclectic shopping and dining spots. East Boulevard is the main “drag” for the neighborhood, and you’ll find many of these shopping and dining spots in renovated homes along this road.
Homes range from historic bungalows and Queen Annes to larger Colonial Revivals. The neighborhood’s proximity to Uptown adds to its property values and makes it a real hotspot for Charlotte living.
