Located just southeast of Uptown Charlotte, Eastover was first developed in the late 1920s as a competitor to nearby Myers Park. Nearly 90 years later, the area remains home to some of Charlotte’s elite, as well as towering trees, winding streets and sidewalks as well as amazing architecture.
Many of the homes in Eastover are primarily Georgian architecture, scattered with a blend of bungalow, Tudor and Colonial style homes. Bordered by Providence, Randolph and Brier Creek Roads, the area encompasses some of Charlotte’s mainstays such as the Mint Museum, the Manor Theatre, Providence Gallery and Eastover Park. Neighboring areas include Plaza Midwood, Myers Park, Dilworth and Wendover.
Eastover is Charlotte’s 16th most walkable neighborhood with a Walk Score of 60.
