As I’m prone to do, I parked my car and walked around the neighborhood of my latest listing in the marvelous neighborhood of Myers Park. I was reminded once again what a perfect neighborhood Myers Park is. Grand old-growth trees line block after block of stately homes, diverse and historic in their architecture. Centrally located between Uptown, Dilworth, Cherry, and SouthPark, Myers Park is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Charlotte has to offer.
So many wonderful businesses are located in Myers Park. Some of my favorites are: Pettit Philipe wine shop (that also sells gourmet chocolate) on Selwyn Avenue; Fresh Boutique on Providence Road.; Manor Theatre and Jeffre Scott Apothecary are both also located on Providence Road. There’s also fantastic fare! Lumiere and Little Spoon are just a couple of my top spots in the area.
My listing located in Myers Park is a gorgeous walk-up townhome poised atop a hill overlooking Queens Road. This large townhome has an open main floor plan with master suite on main floor. There are also two additional floors of spacious living, entertaining, and an outdoor area.
