Most of the time when people talk about the attributes of a home they want to buy they talk about things like an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances or an en-suite with walk in closet. Yes, all of that is lovely.  As a realtor though, I’ve come to appreciate an often overlooked ‘extra’ that makes a home really great… good design. Good design helps you feel connected to a space.
