Eastover

Just southeast of Uptown Charlotte lies Eastover, a great neighborhood first developed in the late 1920s as a competitor to nearby Myers Park.

Towering trees, winding streets, easy-to-navigate sidewalks and amazing architecture are signatures of the area.  The homes in Eastover are primarily Georgian architecture, scattered with a blend of bungalow, Tudor and Colonial style homes.

Bordered by Providence, Randolph and Brier Creek Roads, the area encompasses some of Charlotte’s mainstays such as the Mint Museum, the Manor Theatre, Providence Gallery and Eastover Park.  Neighboring areas include Plaza Midwood, Myers Park, Dilworth and Wendover.
