All I can say is wow…finally, Harris Teeter has stepped up and initiated plans to redo their store on The Plaza.
The Harris Teeter is only FOUR BLOCKS from the Westover house.
This upgrade is long overdue. The current store was one of the first Harris Teeters in Charlotte. The space has been functional for shoppers but they obviously outgrew it at least 5 years ago.
The new store we be built from scratch and will be a 49,500 square-foot, two-story facility featuring a second story coffee bar and a pedestrian friendly facade. The layout kind of reminds me of the Whole Foods in Austin, TX.
