I have paired with vegan baker extraordinaire, Kacie Smagacz of Move That Dough Baking Co. to bring the eating and drinking public two very wonderful pop up events.
On Thursday, March 3, we’ll be at Birdsong Brewing Company in NoDa. We’ll have a pairing of magical herb and spiced baked goods specially created to enhance the herbacious Birdsong’s Doin Thyme witbier. Pour-over coffee will also be served. Come join us from 5pm to 8pm.
Then on Sunday, March 6, we’ll be at Broken Spoke from 11am to 4pm. There will be an offering of fantastic vegan baked goods and pour-over coffees to pair with craft cocktails. In case you’re unfamiliar with this new hotspot, The Broken Spoke is adjacent to the Great Wagon Distilling Co. in SouthEnd.
