Fall Into Things to Do Around Charlotte

Fall Into Things to Do Around Charlotte

Fall and Halloween things to do around charlotte realtor cassie cunninghamFall is here, so it’s time for corn mazes, haunted houses, and creep shows. Luckily, there are a variety of these types of things to do around Charlotte. Here are just a few:

Right around the Ballantyne area, you’ll find Hall Family Farm. This farm features five-acre corn maze, pumpkin picking, a musical hayride, and more.

Dr Evil’s Haunted Houses will take place at Morris Costumes on Monroe Road, near the Oakhurst and Echo Hills neighborhoods. While times and dates haven’t been released yet, there is a $3 off coupon on the website.

On the west side, there’s Haunted Mill & Blacklight Mini Golf. You’ll find three attractions here: The Haunted Mill, 3D Blacklight Mini Golf, and an all new Escape Room featuring a Zombie Outbreak. This is also one of the only historic mills in the Charlotte area with documented paranormal activity.

Built in 1815, Rosedale Plantation has 200 years of inhabitants and visitors that may still be hanging around. And this season, they’re hosting a series of events – paranormal and otherwise – to celebrate those that may have never left.

And last but not least, there’s the perennial favorite, Scarowinds. Even if you’ve visited this attraction in the past, there are new live shows, mazes, and scare zones to terrorize even the heartiest amongst us.

On a related note: If you want to get out of Charlotte proper, Charlotte Agenda shared a lists of corn mazes and Halloween-related attractions that included spots outside of the Queen City.
