Coventry Woods is a diverse and cohesive neighborhood in East Charlotte. This neighborhood is one of Charlotte’s best kept secrets.  However, with it’s proximity to uptown (5 miles or “one traffic light away”), large homes and lots, and incredible values, the secret is getting out.

Coventry Woods is still an incredible value. You can buy in this neighborhood have the location, space, beds, baths, and lot that most people are looking for, for under $200k.  This is unheard of in most of Charlotte’s popular urban areas.  The homes were built in the 1970s and are ranch, split level, and Cape Cod style homes. Most of these homes have been owned by few owners and taken care of over the years. Maintenance has not been deferred.  You may need to replace carpeting or change a paint color to make it your style.
